You have, or are willing to gain, experience in cooking and running a food business from top to bottom (cleaning, organising, prepping, cooking, serving, hosting, planning inventory, marketing, scheduling) with pride for a job well-done.
You have a classy and neat presentation with a high level of customer service to achieve excellence and you wear and maintain your uniform with pride. You are bilingual French/English.
Our facilities enjoy a unique reputation of exceptionally good food, service and ambiance with 16 years of pure dedication to perfection. We do not have a kitchen and all our operation is done in one room in front of our customers 7 days a week, Monday to Saturday from 8 to 8 and Sunday from 8 to 6. No kitchen. No meat. No sauces. Fresh, simple food with the best ingredients.

We are located in a very desirable neighbourhood in the centre of Toronto at street level so we have a lot of interaction with our community. In fact, we are an important part of it.
It is a demanding job as we want to maintain and improve attention to detail, cleanliness and organisation, service with a capital "S", empathy and dedication. You must have a capacity to work within strict guidelines while showing initiative and having some input.
You switch activities effortlessly throughout the day from welcoming customers with a great smile and preparing food to sweeping the patio and running the cash register. Communication is key. It is the link that makes all activities run smoothly so we are looking for great communicators.
At the end of your shift, you plan the next day, preparing the inventory, setting up the tables/chairs, watering the plants, decorating and straightening the room, verifying that all is in good working order and clean from the patio to the staff room.
